It enhances the color of surfaces while extending the lifespan of driveways, paths, and patios. The product offers easy cleaning, low odor, improved water and UV resistance, and helps retard mould growth. It is ready-to-use; simply shake well before application. Ensure the surface is dry before applying with a brush, roller, or squeegee, avoiding ponding. Apply a single coat, and do not use on wet surfaces or in high humidity or rainy conditions.
