The role of a Office Admin

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Part time office – admin to join our team at our Redditch branch. You’ll need to be an energetic and hard-working team player who takes pride in completing tasks efficiently.

Your Responsibilities

The candidate will be proactive in our other staff by filing office work such as delivery tickets etc.

Requirements:

  • Builders’ Merchants experience is advisable but not essential
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practice
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in basic computer usage
  • GCSE Qualifications

Job Details

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday 9:00am – 2:00pm (choose of 3 days)
  • 15 hours a week. (5 hours per day)
  • Weekend work required per rota basis

Pay Rate:

  • Rate of pay dependant on experience
