Do you deliver to my address?

Please note that the delivery address MUST match the payment address when purchasing goods.
Please refer to the map on the right hand side which details our delivery area of service:

We try to deliver within Worcestershire, Warwickshire, and the West Midlands using our own company vehicles.
Any deliveries enquiries outside of these areas would need to be arranged by the customer using an external courier service provider ONCE payment has cleared.

How much will it cost for delivery?

At Buildland Ltd we do charge for deliveries, and the charges may vary depending on the location. Please contact one of our branches to find out your correct delivery charge.

When will my delivery arrive?

Buildland Ltd runs on an ALL DAY DELIVERY SERVICE. Delivery can sometimes vary depending on product and date availability. Due to COVID-19, delivery lead times are currently approx. 3-7 days. (Including Bank Holidays) (Excluding Sundays, Christmas Day & Boxing Day).

How is my delivery affected by the Birmingham Clean Air Zone?

Unfortunately, there is a charge for entering the Zone. As a result, we will add this as a separate charge which the customer must pay when a non-exempt vehicle must enter the zone. A number of our vehicles are exempt from this charge, and the customer can speak to a sales advisor to check if one of these vehicles are available for your delivery. We can make no guarantee regarding the availability of certain vehicles, thank you for understanding.

Do I have the option to change my delivery date?

Yes, you may reschedule your delivery provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice before the original delivery date.

What if I’m out when you try to deliver?

As all deliveries are paid for in advance, we will still deliver to your provided location even if there is nobody present. We provide KERB SIDE DELIVERY ONLY. If you would like for the products to be delivered in a specific area, it is up to the discretion of the driver to determine if this location is safe to deliver to.

What vehicle does Buildland Ltd use for deliveries?

Our vehicles are suitable for delivering a wide range of building products. We have a large fleet of vehicles ranging from transit, to vehicle sizes of 26 tonnes, 32 tonnes, 44 tonnes, and a trailer.
If your road is unsuitable for the size of our larger vehicles, please specify this during your order.
We will not be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances which will result in our vehicle being unable to gain access to your property.

Does the vehicle have a HIAB?

Yes, most of our vehicles do have a HIAB. This may vary for each vehicle due to the reach of the arm of the HIAB.

Can I call on the day of delivery for an approximate time?

We work on an ALL DAY DELIVERY SERVICE. This means that you should expect your orders to arrive anytime between 7:30am – 5:00pm on the scheduled delivery date, traffic dependent.

What would happen if I had any faulty or damaged goods?

Should the goods supplied be faulty or damaged, you will need to contact the branch in which you ordered from for an exchange to take place. This is providing we have the means to do so. Both our Buildland Ltd branches will aim to replace faulty and damaged goods within 3 working days of you notifying us. You can notify us by phone or email:

What is your refund policy?

We hope you’ll be pleased with your purchase. If you wish to return anything bought from us, in full or part return, we’ll be happy to refund or exchange goods you have purchased from us within 14 days of delivery. Refunds can only be made with the original payment method used to purchase the goods.

We reserve the right to impose a 25% restocking charge when goods are returned to us. This applies to both goods delivered back to our depot by the customer, and goods which are collected by us. Returns are only liable for full, unopened packs. You must have a receipt for the return to be processed.

What are your delivery policies?

Delivery times are estimates only, and we shall not be liable to compensate the customer in damages, or otherwise for any non-delivery or late delivery of goods.

What are your price policies?

Customers should be aware that the prices in our brochure are strictly GUIDANCE ONLY.
The Builder’s Merchants industry in the UK is currently grappling with previously unheard of levels of material shortages, which is driving up the prices of many materials. Demand is increasing globally, as well as import lead times and costs rising, which are all contributing to an unfortunate increase in prices.
For accurate prices, please call our branch, as this will give you the most accurate idea of our current prices. Please be aware that these prices are always subject to change.

When do you recommend that we schedule builder(s) to begin work?

Buildland strongly advise our customers to neither schedule nor commence installation of work until all goods have been delivered and been checked thoroughly.

Do you take special order requests?

We do take Special Order requests. A “Special Order” purchase is defined as a purchase of an item or items that;

(a) We do not regularly stock and/or
(b) We have had specially manufactured for you and/or
(c) For quantities of an item that are greater than what we normally stock

These Special Orders must be paid for in full prior to us ordering the goods and are not subject to our normal returns policy. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further details.

Do you offer expert advice?

Please feel free to contact our expert staff by either popping into our branches or by calling us. Such advice is provided free of charge, and does not oblige you to purchase the goods. Sales advisors can only offer an approximate measurement, and we are not liable if these details are inaccurate. We will always advise you to get a professional opinion from an experienced builder.
