USAGE: Enter your street name and full post code into the two boxes provided and click the submit button. When directions are displayed, click on the print button opposite to obtain your directions.
ERRORS: First double check spelling.
Please try the following when receiving an error. Try typing "Rd"
instead of Road, try "St" instead of "Street" or "Cl" instead of
"Close" etc etc. If you should still receive an error, try entering
your town/place name directly after your street name. E.G. ratcliffe road solihull (with full post code in the post code box).
POST CODE ERROR:
Where post code is unknown or returns an error for some reason, try
entering a single question mark in the post code box. This will only
work if town/place name is also provided after street name. E.G. ratcliffe road solihull (with ? in the post code box).
If results are successfully obtained in this way, they may possibly provide a less accurate starting point for the directions if you happen to live in a street that is a mile or so long. (Tip: sometimes it is possible to regain accuracy by entering your house number before your street name). You can however click on either the green "start" icon or green "point A" icon in the directions windows to see exactly where the direction point starts from. The directions end point (Our store location) will always remain accurate, whichever method is used.
